Gojkovic, who was arrested last week, has been released to liberty under prohibiting measures after the Court had rejected a request to order him into custody due to the existence of a fear that he might influence witnesses and accomplices.

Gojkovic is under a Bosnian State Prosecution’s investigation due to a suspicion that he acted as an accomplice to Vlahovic, who was sentenced to 42 years in prison for crimes in Grbavica, Vraca and Kovacici neighbourhoods, Sarajevo.
